Liaoning Zhengye Peanut focuses on organic agriculture, it built 200ha of organic bases in the year 2006 and cooperated with farmers to plant 4,000ha of peanuts. Since 2008 the company cooperated with the USA Ministry of Agriculture's Peanuts Research Department to build a national seed research and breeding center for high oleic acid peanut development.

After many years of persistent efforts, Liaoning Zhengye finally built the biggest organic peanut planting bases in northeast China, we are also the one of biggest organic peanut suppliers to EU markets. We can do organic in shell, and kernels (raw, blanched, chopped, split, baked). To expand the organic planting area, the company cooperates with Naiman Qi of Inner Mongolia to explore the second organic planting base, it aims at a 7,000ha plant area to cooperate with local farmers planting organic peanuts together in 2017.

Perfect Testing:

Zhengye Peanut possesses a 1000㎡ testing centre of a national laboratory. It has more than 30 hi-tech experimental apparatuses and strong technical strengths. The laboratory with the CMA certificate where able to test aflatoxin, peroxide value, and pesticide residue. microorganism ect. physical and chemical projects. 9 experts are serving for laboratory, and operate strictly keeping a management system.

Advanced Processing Line:

The factory has advanced processing equipment, the laser machine is imported from Belgium which can pick out bad kernels which inside go mouldy, and the multichannel colour sorter machine can remove imperfect kernels.

X-ray machines can remove impurities over 1mm through different densities.

Scientific Management:

The factory processes according to the ISO22000 system, from incoming inspection to finished product inspection, every process follows strict and meticulous standards, and all finished products can be traced back to planting areas. We promise our customers to eat healthy and safe foods.
